Absolute space into document flow.

The same SVG begins absolutely positioned behind the copy, then becomes a real inline child between two paragraphs. The first paragraph defines the destination top edge; the SVG's rendered height defines the space that opens beneath it.

A shared visual can move into the story.

Spatial continuity works best when the object does not disappear and get recreated somewhere else. Here the visual starts as atmosphere behind the text, soft enough that the copy remains dominant.

In the second state the same object becomes part of the article. This paragraph is not translated by an arbitrary amount: normal document flow moves it because the destination slot grows to the SVG's actual rendered height.

Top comes from paragraph 1

The slot is immediately after the first paragraph, so its bottom edge establishes where the SVG can enter flow.

Height comes from the SVG

The slot expands to the measured rendered SVG height plus authored breathing room; paragraph 2 follows naturally.

One object, two layout systems

The SVG is genuinely reparented from the absolute stage layer into the flow slot after the FLIP completes.
